RO Water Treatment System

Raw water (tap water, surface and ground water) flows through pre-treating system, ultrafilter, then goes to RO unit by high pressure pump and get production water, this is called single RO.

Single pass reverse osmosis, the water quality of raw water is less than 2000s/cm, and the desalination rate is more than 98%.

Reverse osmosis equipment is suitable for vegetables food, beverage, chemical, hospital, farm irrigation etc. It can also be used the core equipment of water purification for communications, industrial areas, oilfields etc. Reverse osmosis is the most advanced and energy-efficient membrane separation technology in the world today. It uses the penetration principle of semi-permeable membrane to exert a force against the direction of natural penetration in a certain way, so that water in concentrated solution penetrates into dilute solution. This method is called Reverse osmosis.

For the small pore size, RO membranes can effectively remove dissolved salts, colloids, microorganisms, organic matter in water (removal rate as high as 97%-98%). The system has the characteristics of good effluent quality, low energy consumption, no pollution, simple process and easy operation.
